Every year, tile and stone companies continue to push boundaries when it comes to the design of their new products. Whether it's in regard to a pattern, shape or size, product lines are continuously improving and expanding. Below is just a sample of some of the most innovative items on today's market.

Span – High Definition Porcelain
Florida Tile brings the look of natural fossilized shellstone into the modern era with the introduction of Span – High Definition Porcelain. Span incorporates Microban antimicrobial technology into the tile surface. Microban works continuously, inhibiting the growth of bacteria, improving visible cleanliness, and reducing odors. Span is available in four color choices: Snow, Cream, Silver and Baltic. Two contemporary large formats, 12 x 24 and 24 x 24 offered in both natural and flamed textures will beautifully complement any décor.
SomerTile Retro Series
The new SomerTile Retro Series addition adds to their expansive collection of wood-look tiles. The Retro Series offers four different format variations, including 2 ¾ in. x 23 ½ in. planks, 8 ¼ in. x 23 ½ in. planks, 14 1/8 in. x 16 ¼ in. hexagon and 7 ¼ in. x 16 ½ in. rhomboid plank. There are four different colors that can be easily mixed and matched, including Blanc (white), Terra (brown), Cendra (smoke gray), and Negre (black).
Contourz by Lunada Bay Tile
Contourz by Lunada Bay Tile is a new collection of three-dimensional concrete tiles that can stand alone as a design focal point or be incorporated with other materials. Lunada Bay Tile’s new Contourz concrete tiles measure 8 millimeters thick — a similar thickness as standard ceramic, porcelain and glass tile — which allows the concrete tiles to be used in combination with other tile collections for a mixed media effect. The Contourz Collection was deliberately designed to coordinate with Lunada Bay Tile’s glass collections to offer a more well-rounded, full menu of available options.
The Moresque Collection
The Moresque Collection is an exquisite assemblage of artfully hand-glazed ceramic tiles in interlocking arabesque patterns and intricate mosaics. The collection is suitable for interior walls, light traffic floor areas and commercial interior wall applications. The majestic decorative tiles are available in 12 timeless colors, along with a variety of shapes, trim and architectural moldings.
Arya
Ege Seramik proudly introduces Arya, a fully polished, rectified glazed porcelain tile collection to the North America market. This new glazed porcelain range may be selected in the following floor sizes: 12 x 24, 24 x 24 and 24 x 48 inches. An extremely hard and dense product, Arya’s sleek look is ideal for both residential and commercial applications. Design potential is only limited to the extent of one’s imagination.
Avana solid color
Full body sintered stone acquires new colors and textures. The Bologna fair will host the first presentation of the exclusive Avana solid color, the new arabesques and the Urban collection, designed specifically to create large-sized surfaces. Thanks to this expansion, there are currently 113 options available to meet all requirements for interior and exterior surfaces, kitchen worktops, bathrooms and furniture.
A Crema Marfil tile
New size 24- x 24-inch. A Crema Marfil tile has never been lighter and thinner. The new Crema Marfil Coto 24- x 24-inch tile is now available in 1.2 cm thickness. Along with the Tile Collection, this size becomes the best choice for your projects

Argilla
Argilla draws from chromatic landscapes under an overcast sky in six shades of pastel colors, from those with a more blue hue to those with a more brown hue (Biacca, Dry, Vetiver, Marine, Fog, Dark). These tiles are available for floors and walls in the 48- x 48-inch slabs that Gigacer is known for in six modular formats, as well a brand new pentagon shape and an anti-slip surface. Making the collection even more versatile, are two thicknesses: 12mm version and a thin 4.8mm version.
Cotto d’Este
This collection recreates limestone and is the first collection by Cotto d’Este to be produced with an innovative high-resolution ink-jet printing system that produces 3D graphics with an extreme level of detail and precision. The collection comes in four natural colors (Clay, Amber, Oyster and Slate) and 24- x 48-, 24- x 24- and 12- x 24-inch formats. The line is available in Cotto d’Este’s Kerlite range of thin tile, with a thickness of 5.5mm.
Tri-Lite
Tri-Lite is a lightweight, high-performance tri-purpose mortar designed for large and heavy tile, thin-bed and wall installations. Lighter to transport and easier to trowel, a 30 lb (13.6 kg) bag provides the same coverage as a 50 lb (22.7kg) bag of standard mortar. Tri-Lite exceeds ANSI A118.15, A118.4, and 118.11, is ISO 13007 - C2TES1P1 classification and is backed by the Laticrete 25 Year System Warranty.
Fusion Pro Designer Series
An extension of its Fusion Pro Single Component Grout, Fusion Pro Designer Series from Custom Building Products offers a collection of eight specialty colors that incorporate nature-inspired metallic and mineral colorations while maintaining all the same stain resistance, color consistency and ease of use of Fusion Pro. The Fusion Pro Designer Series colors include Starlight, Moonshadow, Ice Crystal, Glitter, Raw Sugar, Starry Night, Gold and Smoked Quartz.
Aqua Mix Enrich‘N’Seal
Formulated to penetrate the surface of stone and tile, Aqua Mix Enrich‘N’Seal highlights the natural character and beauty of these materials while providing long-term protection from harmful stain-causing elements. The only 100% solids polymer-based sealer and enhancer on the market, Enrich‘N’Seal darkens and enriches unsealed stone, including marble, granite, slate, limestone, travertine, quartzite and sandstone without leaving a sheen. uQuartz
