Coverings, a large international tile and stone exhibition and conference in North America, has opened registration for its 2019 show.

As the saying goes, “It takes a village.” And that is exactly what was needed to erect this 84,000-square-foot cultural facility, which included a total of 4,406 unique stone panels – 2, 3 and 5cm thick — with heights of 18, 24 and 30 inches.

NeoCon, held June 11to 13, 2018 at The Mart in Chicago, rang in a historic 50 years as the leading platform for commercial design, serving as an incubator and catalyst for the future of the industry.

The trend of using quartz in the kitchen has been on the rise and it seems the popularity of it isn’t slowing down anytime soon. As the technology becomes better, consumers and designers are turning to quartz for its ease to maintain and the details in the design.

Technology may be everywhere, but consumers today are still looking for ways to bring nature into their everyday lives.
