American Board of Industrial Hygiene sanctions hygienist for radon commentary

As a result of her comments regarding radon and radiation in
granite countertops, Linda Kincaid, CIH, 9189 CP, has been sanctioned by the
Ethics Review Committee (ERC) for violations of the ABIH (American Board of
Industrial Hygiene) Code of Ethics, including Sections II.A.1 and 6. Discipline
imposed: public reprimand, certification probation for a period of two (2)
years and corrective requirements.
