With the acquisition, the group now has over 200,000 square feet of new facilities, $35 million of sales and over $12 million in inventory of stone from over 41 countries around the world. According to the company, the acquisition creates significant synergy with its current 26 Interceramic Tile and Stone Galleries as well as 60 independent distributors across the U.S. One of the first steps in this strategic alliance will be expansion into the highly active Las Vegas, NV, market.
While the Dallas location is the landmark historical headquarters of IMC, both the Fort Worth and Phoenix stores are new facilities and boast state-of-the-art showrooms and slab-selection centers. The business includes a veteran team of experienced and knowledgeable employees who will continue to operate and drive the business as part of Interceramic’s overall growth strategy. They are a welcome addition to the Interceramic family.
