ANAHEIM, CA -- SpecCeramics, a national resource for commercial tile and stone, has named a new marketing coordinator, Laurel Lower, a Willamette University graduate.

Lower achieved a bachelor's degree in Arts in English, and is currently pursuing her Masters in Communications Studies at the Fullerton campus of the University of California, where she is the Webmaster for and runs the publicity and events for the Woman's Studies Department.

“I am excited to be taking on all marketing efforts,” said Lower. “I already enjoy working with the wonderful, talented staff.”

In her new position, Lower will be responsible for coordinating the company's marketing efforts, which includes Web site and E-mail announcements, support to sales team via leads, presentations, marketing programs, new products and developing marketing strategies with manufacturers and media contacts.

“Laurel is a perfect fit for this position,” said SpecCeramics President Dave Leal. “Her expertise attained while in school will a great asset to the company.”
