Rapid Setting Mortar System is a new two-component system for high-end commercial use, and CustomFlex Premium Flexible Mortar System is a combination of two existing complementary products. Rapid Setting Mortar System offers fast curing and early bond strength, making it ideal for time-critical commercial projects such as malls and restaurants, reports its manufacturer. It utilizes CCT, Custom's Controlled Cure Technology, a fast-curing formula that allows grout application as early as two hours after installation and can support traffic after six hours. Useful for porcelain and glass tile, it is highly flexible and can be used as a medium bed mortar in large-format tile and stone installations.

CustomFlex Premium Flexible Mortar System combines two of Custom's proven products: CustomFlex Ultra-Strength Thin-Set Additive and MasterBlend Standard Thin-Set Mortar. The new product is useful for substrates that normally present bonding difficulties such as vitreous stone and tile. The two products have previously been recommended in combination for installations requiring outstanding flexibility and long-term durability, and are now packaged together.

Custom Building Products has changed its packaging to make the product name larger and easier to read with a prominent headline across the top of the packaging.
