DENIZLI, TURKEY - After the positive feedback from previous installations, a new Pedrini production line has been installed at Faber Mermercilik San. Tic. A.S.

The Turkish company, renowned for the production of marble and travertine tiles and slabs, has purchased a compact automatic line of medium capacity for the resining of slabs and strips with epoxy resin. The line is multivalent and is provided with all the safeties that are necessary for resining the travertine with polyester.

This supply is important for Pedrini, and it enhances its partnership with Faber Marble Group, which is a leading player in the marble and travertine market, operating since 1993 with a team composed of more than 450 people. The company extracts annually more than 80,000 cubic meters of blocks and produces monthly 140,000 square meters (1.5 million square feet) of travertine, which is exported worldwide. Although it established itself as a leader in the travertine field, it diversified its business by developing and opening new markets, buying beige marble quarries and promoting this new product, which is more and more requested by the market.

Pedrini reports that this development re-affirms its position as a supplier of technology to leading producers in the stone market, providing advanced technological solutions and assistance (studied according to customers’ needs) that meet actively the requirements of a market in continuous evolution.
