BC10: StoneTech, a leading stone fair in the Far East, is set to take place at the China International Exhibition Center (CIEC) in Beijing, China, from March 4 to 7, 2007. A total of 300 Chinese companies and 50 international firms have registered as exhibitors. National pavilions include Assomarmomacchine from Italy, Abirochas from Brazil, CMPE from Morocco, Expo Link from Egypt, the Aegean Exporters Association from Turkey and others.

Exhibits will include marble, granite and other stones in block format as well as tiles, slabs, cut-to-size pieces and monuments. There will also be displays of equipment for quarrying and stoneworking, diamond tools and products, material handling equipment and stone sealers and adhesives.

According to the organizers of StoneTech, many of the major Chinese stone suppliers have expanded their exhibits from the last showing of the event, which was last year in Shanghai for a better appearance in the grand show. According to a survey, StoneTech is an integral part of the marketing strategy of major stone companies from China.
