New Service Manager

SOUTHFIELD, MI -- Phil Mularoni, president of Marmo Meccanica USA, a leading distributor of precision machinery to process marble and granite, recently announced that the company has appointed George Prystash as service manager. In his new position, Prystash is responsible for delivery of service and customer satisfaction, as he is the customer's point of contact for all service and warranty inquiries. Prystash sets up all machine installations and service calls in North America. In addition, he provides over-the-phone technical support and manages Marmo Meccanica USA's team of specially trained service technicians.

Prystash brings 30 years of industrial and metalworking experience to the company. Before joining Marmo Meccanica USA, he was the outside sales representative for Saw Service & Supply in Cleveland, OH.

“George's service and operations experience adds tremendous value to our team,” stated Mularoni. “Our company is committed to superior product quality and performance, industry leading customer service, and continuous technical innovation.”

Under Prystash's directive, service technicians are now on duty until 8 p.m. EDT, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
