National Tile Contractors Association to launch premier issue of 2007/2008 Membership Directory and Buyers Guide

The National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA), one of the largest tile contractor associations in the world, is launching the premier issue of its 2007/2008 Membership Directory and Buyers Guide, an official industry directory and resource tool.

Approximately 40,000 copies of the directory have been printed, with 20,000 scheduled to be mailed to the existing TileLetter database, comprised of 13,000 contractors, 4,000 distributors and dealers and other industry professionals. The remaining 20,000 copies will be distributed at the 2008 Coverings show, as well as a direct mailing to approximately 5,000 architects, designers, general contractors, remodelers and distributors. Non-members can purchase the directory online for $20 at www.tile-assn.com.

Produced in the same format as TileLetter magazine, NTCA’s Membership Directory and Buyers Guide provides an easy way to locate a firm’s name, address, phone and fax numbers, Web sites and also the products and services it has to offer. Companies are listed both geographically and alphabetically with easy references to its products sold or manufactured. This 200-page book is broken into three parts: the Member Directory (including contractors and associate members), the Buyers Guide (distributor listings) and the Buyers Guide (manufacturer listings).

“As the NTCA grows in stature and importance, the Board of Directors and staff agreed that one of the key strategic goals for the association is to promote our members, both contractor and associate, to the industry,” said Bart Bettiga, executive director of NTCA. “The directory will allow us to market our members to the building and design community in numerous markets. The Buyers Guide is a resource tool we will promote to our TileLetter readers and seminar attendees to help industry professionals make quality-purchasing decisions for their company. It is our hope that we continue to develop and grow the directory, and that the end result will be more exposure for both our members and advertisers.”
