The Marmoelettromeccanica Storm semi-automatic bridge saw from Regent Stone Products of Virginia Beach, VA, was designed to be an affordable quality machine for the stone industry. The saw features a rotating table with quick locking at 0, 45 and 90-degrees and manual lock at any degree. The Storm has a 20-hp, direct-drive sawing motor and a motorized cross gantry and bridge movement with digital readout, as well as motorized up and down saw head movement. Additional standard features include a laser beam for alignment, a double bridge beam construction, z-axis movement of 16 inches and a tilting head from 0 to 45 degrees. The Storm has a maximum blade diameter of 20 inches, and can handle a maximum cutting size of 12 x 12 feet and a maximum cutting thickness of 20 inches. It was designed with blade rotation up to 1,450 RPM.
