Performance Stone Surfaces of Gainesville, FL, has been named the Exclusive North American Agent for Omag, the 25-year-old CNC stoneworking machine manufacturer based in Bergamo, Italy. Performance Stone Systems will handle the import, sale and service of Omag's lines of milling, profiling, turning, sculpting, polishing and engraving machines in the U.S. and Canada. Performance Stone Systems will rely on over 10 years of importing, sales and service experience with CNC machines, and will soon open a new 10,000-square-foot technical support and service center.

Included in Omag's machinery lineup is the Profiler, a CNC routing, carving and polishing machine for simple, efficient and cost-effective production of kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities as well as carved and engraved pieces.
