The combined organization now services over 10,000 customers. These customers will be serviced by 30 outside field sales professionals and 33 mobile salesmen in trucks, as well as 12 retail stores and distribution centers. The distribution centers include all the current GranQuartz and Keystone sites. The company also announce that it is opening a new, additional distribution facility this month in North Attleboro, MA, to service customers in the Northeast.
"Combining the organizations made sense for both companies, but more importantly for our customers and suppliers," said Rich Berry, President/CEO of GranQuartz. GranQuartz customers will now have availability of over 6,500 catalog items from over 300 suppliers. They will be able to order via their local salesperson, at their local store, through a mobile truck, online at www.granquartz.com or through the company's print catalog and call centers. Industry-leading initiatives such as the customer rewards program and more will now be available to customers throughout the country. Keystone Tools' KeyRewards program will be combined with GranQuartz' DiamondRewards program.
