Diamond tools from Zenesis Technology feature the diamonds arranged in a specific pattern to maximize tool performance.  The diamond pattern is designed to expose a pre-determined number of diamonds in an uninterrupted and regular sequence. Further, diamond layers throughout the segment are patterned to control the height of diamond exposure and the length of the diamond “tails” to create channels to optimize the removal of debris. The results are not only faster cutting speeds and longer tool life, but straighter cuts, less chipping and an improved surface finish. The manufacturer reports that customers that use Zenesis tools have experienced 15 to 50% faster cutting speeds and up to 100% longer tool life.

Zenesis tools include silent bridge saw blades, dry core bits, calibration rollers, turbo blades, continuous rim tile blades, finger bits and router bits. New tools currently in development include contour blades, resin filled cup wheels, zero tolerance wheels, profile wheels, milling wheels, thin wall core bits and polishing pads. Zenesis Technology continues to advance to ensure that stone fabricators get the highest performing tools available in the market.
