Tecnocut srl has recently designed and manufactured a new cutting line called Waterline, which is now available through CMS North America, Inc. of Caledonia, MI. The machine has been designed for demanding shape-cutting requirements, offering instruments to turn a drawing into a cut piece with a one-step procedure. The system consists of three components, CNC cutting table, pressure intensifier and CAD-CAM programming station. The cutting table is a 3-axes pantograph, CNC controlled, machine that features brushless motors intended for high-precision dynamics. The intensifier is designed to avoid pressure differentials even at high pressure and to reduce a minimum need for maintenance. Also, the programming system includes a personal computer fitted with CAD and CAM programs.
