Designed for the Dallas community, the main floors of the Willowbend Mall feature a striking design of Solnhofen limestone from Germany in 6- x 6-, 6- x 12-, 12- x 12- and 12- x 24-inch pieces. This material is accented with Sanpucci limestone from Portugal in 6- x 12-, 12- x 12- and 18- x 24-inch pieces, and Burlington slate from England in 6- x 6-, 6- x 12- and 12- x 24-inch pieces.

Additionally, the mall's food court is clad entirely in Italian porcelain in 4- x 12-, 12- x 12-, 12- x 24- and 16- x 16-inch pieces, while fossil stone was installed on all the vertical surfaces, including planters, benches and banquets. Lastly, a water fountain in the grand court showcases 1,500 square feet of glass mosaic tile.

The Laticrete installation system will provide durability for these high-end materials in such a high-traffic area, according to Dan McNeill, Laticrete technical representative and consultant for the project.
