Advanced Industrial Machinery (AIM), a custom-manufacturer of industrial stone-fabricating systems, recently transferred its operations to a 20,000-square-foot facility at 231 10th Street NW in Hickory, NC.

Founded as an engineering consulting firm in 1977, Advanced Industrial Machinery specializes in the design, development and manufacture of industrial cutting, sawing, abrading and drill systems to fabricate stone, marble, granite, synthetic stone and other solid surfaces, including kitchen vanities and backsplashes.

“We feel that our new location is a positive move for AIM and its customers,” stated Bob Pharr, Vice President of Manufacturing at Advanced Industrial Machinery, Inc. “This facility gives AIM the additional capabilities necessary to keep pace with the growing demand for our stone-fabricating systems.”

The company’s products range from precision ball-screw-driven stages to large-format multi-axis work cells. For more information, contact Advanced Industrial Machinery; E-mail; Phone: 828-345-6004; Internet:
