SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA - Aqua Mix Inc. has recently named a new vice president and two new members of their sales management team. The company is pleased to announce the addition of Real Bourdage to its staff in the position of Vice President, Chief Operations Officer. Bourdage will be responsible for manufacturing, distribution, customer service, informa-tion systems, finance, environmental and safety, research and development, and human resources. Rick Baldini, president of Aqua Mix Inc., noted that Bourdage's previous experience includes serving as president of TEC Specialty Products. He recently earned his MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

Aqua Mix Inc. has also restructured their sales manage-ment team. Doug Hayes has been named eastern sales manager. He brings with him more than 18 years of industry experience as both a distributor and independent sales representative. For the past 12 years, Hayes has repre-sented the Aqua Mix Care and Main-tenance product line in the mid-western states.

Additionally, Michael Magallanes has been named western regional sales manager. His 11-year career includes four years of working as director of customer operations. Magallanes and Hayes will

be responsible for developing closer working relationships with current distributors and for creating new business accounts.
