Kohler Co., a global leader in kitchen and bath design and technology, recently received the Associate of the Year Award, presented by the International Surface Fabricators Association (ISFA) for its support of the kitchen countertop industry.

“Kohler is proud to receive this award, and honored to be recognized by ISFA,” said Mally Henne, Channel Manager for Kitchen Products at Kohler Co. “Kohler has worked diligently to support and grow the business of surface fabricators by providing its members with sales tools, interactive demonstrations and a well-recognized, quality product - namely kitchen sinks.”

The annual ISFA Awards recognize individuals and companies for extraordinary accomplishment and contribution to the industry during each preceding year. The awards, which are presented at the association’s annual meeting, are given in five categories: Fabricator of the Year, the Envision Award, the Innovator Award, Associate of the Year and the ISFA Hall of Fame.

The 2009 ISFA Associate of the Year award was presented to Kohler Co. for its strong support of the decorative surfacing industry, as well as proactive efforts to promote the interests of ISFA fabricators. During 2008, Kohler took a leading role in helping unify and promote the decorative surfacing industry through lending its expertise and resources to such important activities as education, accreditation and team building across all segments of the industry.
