Expansion continues for Brazilian producer

Since entering the marketplace, Granito Zucchi of Vitoria, Brazil, has expanded its product selection as well as its facilities. The company is continually introducing new materials to its customers, and it has built a new warehouse facility to house its increased inventory of slabs.

The new warehouse is over 32,000 square feet in size, effectively doubling the amount of covered storage space. Moreover, a third warehouse is currently under construction. Each warehouse is equipped with 6.3-ton Demag overhead cranes, and the slabs are meticulously organized so that visitors to the warehouse are able to select material in a clean, open environment.

Material selections have included Ipanema Golden, Crema Bordeaux, Golden Cristal, Juparana Patchwork, Manhattan Green, Pietra Imperiale, Verde Vermont and Purganaw Ekos, among others, and they are available in slabs as well as pieces with a finished edge as requested. In addition to adding to its facilities, Granito Zucchi is also in the process of adding equipment, including a complete line for resin-treated slabs.
