Company Expansion

February 15, 2006

JUPITER, FL - On October 1, 2005, IGE Solutions, Inc. relocated to its new, state-of-the-art facility, which will allow the company to continue its growth and to meet new opportunities. This new, much larger office is just a few blocks away from the previous location, but will accommodate IGE Solution's growing staff and expanded product line better, and will improve communication and workflow. The new facility includes a larger warehouse for additional parts and supplies inventory, as well as for stocking machines for immediate delivery, such as the IGE Elite bridge saw for stone. This new facility also features a high-tech education and training center for various types of customer training, including software, maintenance, machine programming and more.

“We are extremely excited about this move and what it means to our customers and our manufacturers,” said Michael Spellman, founder and President of IGE Solutions. “Our ability to meet the needs of both of those audiences is greatly enhanced with this new facility. This will allow our growth and success to continue for many years in the future.”

IGE Solutions is the exclusive North American distributor for several major product lines of heavy capital equipment used in the fabrication of stone and flat glass slabs. IGE Solutions also supports this equipment by offering technical assistance, service and a large stock of readily available tooling, spare parts and supplies.

Michael Spellman has many years of experience in the stone and glass industries, both in industrial sales and company leadership. Carolyn Spellman, IGE Solutions' CFO, left a successful executive-level career in the finance industry to oversee the company's finances. Together, they have successfully guided IGE Solutions from a single-person company in 1994 to the large company that it is today, with sales and service offices located throughout North America.

IGE Solutions' growth has also been assisted by an experienced sales team with a vast depth of industry knowledge and a different approach. Additionally, IGE Solutions' service and support staff also represents some of the best in the business, according to the company. Service technicians are strategically located to respond quickly to installation, maintenance, or repair issues anywhere in North America. A Customer Service Department and a Parts Department help guide their efforts from headquarters
