CHARLOTTE, NC -- Bonsal has named Dave Ludeke as account representative and Art Phenis as regional sales manager. The company has also recognized Steve Virostko as 2000 Salesperson of the Year.

Ludeke is with the Alexander Mangin Co. As account representative, he is now in charge of expanding market share for much of Bonsal's tile setting product line in the company's northern flooring markets.

As regional sales manager for Bonsal, Phenis is responsible for the company's sale of tile setting and related products in South Florida. Phenis has sold Bonsal products for the past six years in Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania, also as an employee of the Alexander Mangin Agency.

Virostko, area sales manager for Bonsal's Midwest market, has received the company's top sales award. The 2000 Salesperson of the Year award is based upon several criteria, including total sales versus quota, customer service, territory profitability, effectiveness in handling inquiries, team attitude and overall contributions to profitable company growth.
