KNOXVILLE, TN -- VIC International Corp., a leading supplier of stone machinery, tools and accessories, has restructured its executive staff, including a move by founder Vic Green to Chairman of the Board. Green founded the company in 1978, and over the past 30 years has built VIC into a recognized leader in its markets.


Kelly Milligan

Steve Skirvin
Former Vice President of Operations Kelly Milligan has been named President and CEO after 21 years with VIC, and Steve Skirvin has been moved to Director of Operations. VIC International is one of the largest privately owned suppliers of its type in the stone industry, and is a well-respected entity in the concrete industry, reports the company.
