ONE LINERS . . .
CMSNA regrets to announce the recent passing of its
long-time friend and colleague Mr. Anthony (Tony) Brown. Tony passed away May
23, 2010 following a struggle with cancer at age 74. Tony is survived by his
wife Mrs. Margaret Mary Brown, his two daughters Karen Patricia Stevens and
husband Nigel of England, Sally Ann Chapman of North Carolina, four
grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
Tony had announced his retirement from CMSNA just over a year ago. Among his various long-term sales duties with the company, he began his work in its Wood Division and, more recently, was Area Sales Manager for its Stone Division in the South Eastern U.S.
Tony had been part of CMSNA since its inception in 1987. Before CMSNA, Tony worked as an Area Manager for a leading machinery manufacturer in the U.K. for 20 years. In his youth, he served in the RAF “Royal Air Force.”
Tony will be greatly missed by those who knew him, worked with him and enjoyed his friendship.
