SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- World Wide Stone Corp. has announced that it has contracted with Green Choice Solar of Scottsdale, AZ, to install an 87,760 Wp Photovoltaic (Solar) Electric Generating Plant at its headquarters facilities in the Scottsdale AirPark at 15275 North 83rd Place, Scottsdale, AZ. This electricity generating system, on average, will supply about 65% of the electricity the company consumes at its Scottsdale location.

Not one ounce of coal, gallon of diesel fuel and cubic foot of natural gas will be burned in the production of this power, the company reports. All of the power this new system will supply will be produced directly from sun rays.

World Wide Stone Corp. reports always working to find good and honest methods of improving its operations, products and the professionalism of its team. "We think that you will agree with us that this Earth-saving installation is a fabulous improvement," said Spencer Cunningham, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of World Wide Stone Corp., who is responsible for this carbon footprint reducing project. "We are in a brave new decade!"
