In this issue of Contemporary Stone & Tile Design, we have our annual focus on “Kitchen & Bath Design.” We chose projects that not only use natural stone and tile, but also that use sintered material, which seems to be a growing trend. These kitchen and bath projects are in extremely different regions of the U.S., including New York City, southern California and Florida, and each have their own interesting story.
On page 16, we showcase a once outdated Park Avenue apartment in Manhattan, which was revived with a range of custom mosaic and stone tile. Not only was the apartment’s kitchen remodeled, but the couple decided to design their own his and hers bathrooms.
