Across the country, Fabricator Forums are taking place as part of the MIA/Stone World Industry Education Series, along with presentations on cost analysis and advanced marketing strategies
Over the years, as the stone fabrication sector has grown, one of the most valuable educational opportunities that has developed is the “Fabricator Forum.” In this open environment, fabricators have been able to share specific issues that they are having in their business — whether it be in the shop, the field or even the office. In this environment, the fabricators collaborate on each topic, and they offer proven solutions to these challenges.
These forums transcend a fabricator’s level of experience, as new challenges are cropping up on a continual basis. With this in mind, these sessions are a key component of the Marble Institute of America (MIA)/Stone World Industry Education Series, which begin this month.
