After developing a signature flooring design, C. Wonder turned to Imagine Tile of New York, NY, to bring that design to life in their boutiques. The main design goal was to create a color and pattern that would match the fixtures, in addition to C. Wonder’s current logo and existing colors in the store. “The designers gave Imagine Tile a layout showing the signature floor pattern they were trying to create, along with a Benjamin Moore paint color [Rosemary Green] as the target color,” said Christian McAuley, President of Imagine Tile. “We went to work and produced a set of full-size sample tiles for approval.”

To perfect the boutiques, Imagine Tile and C. Wonder worked together to create two custom green and white tiles that alternate to create the unique C. Wonder interior. “Both the designers and the customer were very involved, in particular, to the color,” said McAuley. “We produced about 20 different color options for them, and they chose the shade that best coordinated with other items in the store design, including the entrance doors and cabinetry.”
