The package includes shuttle service from the airport to the hotel on the day of arrival and from the hotel to the airport on the day of departure. Guests will stay for four nights in a single room, including breakfast, at the Metropol Hotel in Nuremberg. This hotel is conveniently located only a few minutes from the city center. The rooms are equipped with shower and television. The Nuremberg exhibition site can be reached by public transport with a non-stop connection, and the underground station is directly in front of the hotel.

The package also includes a ticket for local public transport for the duration of the exhibition, a permanent entrance pass for visiting the exhibition and an invitation to the N¿rnbergMesse Business Lounge. Sightseeing excursions include a guided tour of Nuremberg (in English), with a visit to the old town, the Church of Our Lady and Imperial Castle. There will also be a day trip to Munich with guide, including a visit to the German Museum, Residence Museum, Church of Our Lady, Olympic Center and stop at the "Hofbr¿aus" with veal sausage and a liter of beer.
