As one of the top venues for private events in the New York metropolitan area, the de Seversky Mansion at New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) has a picturesque facade and a new staircase complete with marble that was quarried more than 100 years ago.

The Marble Institute of America (MIA) announced the winners of the 2012 Pinnacle Awards competition during its annual Awards Luncheon
In conceiving the addition to a private residence in the Dallas, TX, area, the goal for Stephen B. Chambers Architects, Inc. was to amplify the modernity of the design, create a stronger relationship with the natural amenities of the site and adjacent lake; and add regional character.
