Having passed the half mark of 2020, I have taken some time for reflection. It certainly has been a game-changer so far. In January, I started the year off like any other.

Sometimes spending more dollars on the front end can save you a whole a lot more on the backend. I want to challenge you to think about the bigger perspective as it relates to the decisions and investments we make. 

In the past six months, I think it is safe to say that all of our lives have changed in one way or another. We have all been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition to employing a cooperative and driven staff, having the right equipment in place is also a key component to a successful business. While efficiency plays a significant role in the production process, having an environmentally friendly shop should also be a priority.

Some states are starting to unlock the doors for commerce and people will start getting back to work. Assembling the work teams back together attempting to achieve shared common objectives will not just happen by chance.

Strong leaders cultivate excellent team members that support each other and, in turn, support the business. These individuals combine their talents to grow an organization, the communities in which they operate and their industry as a whole.
