Turkish Ceramics brings classical and jazz melodies to Cersaie celebrations

BOLOGNA, ITALY -- For the sixth year, Turkish Ceramics Promotion Group presented an unforgettable show the night of September 27 at Cersaie, the international exhibition of ceramic tile and bathroom furnishings. The performance of Kerem Görsev Trio with the FilarmonicaArturo Toscanini impressed more than 1,000 audience members, in spite of sudden rain.

At Cersaie, the international tile and bath show held in Bologna, Italy, Turkish Ceramics presented a performance of Classical and Jazz music on September 27.

Besides organizing this performance, 18 leading Turkish ceramic brands also participated in the international trade show and presented their latest collections. Ambassador of Turkey in Rome, Hakkı Akil also visited Turkish ceramics companies’ stands in the fair. 

Having presented “Turkish Touch” with Burhan Öçal and Trakya All Stars last year, Turkish Ceramics Promotion Group organized another unforgettable show by bringing Turkish music, Classical music and Jazz melodies together this year. Recognized worldwide as a talented Turkish composer and pianist, Kerem Görsev has met Cersaie visitors, accompanied with Italy’s leading symphony orchestra the Filarmonica Arturo Toscanini. Turkish doublebass player Kağan Yıldız and jazz drummer Ferit Odman played with Kerem Görsev at this fascinating show which was conducted by Erol Erdinç. More than 1,000 ceramic sector professionals and Bolognaise listeners attended the concert.
