PT10HV11 vacuum lifter from Wood’s Powr-Grip
Increase safety, speed and efficiency when lifting and
maneuvering stone slabs with the PT10HV11 vacuum lifter from Wood’s Powr-Grip.
Capable of lifting loads up to 1,500 pounds (680 kg), the Powered Tilter 1500
spreads the weight of the slab across the pad frame, reducing the risk of
breaking or dropping stone. While this unique pad frame is sized to handle
large stone slabs, optional shutoffs for individual vacuum pads permit
attachment to a wide variety of load sizes or shapes. The PT10HV11 was
specifically designed with 10 10-inch [25-cm] lipped vacuum cups, equipped with
foam pad rings that enable this heavy-duty vacuum lifter to seal onto honed,
saw-cut and flamed surfaces as well as polished stone. With power tilting of
loads 90 degrees between flat and upright positions, the PT10HV11 is ideal for
transferring slabs between upright storage racks and cutting tables or
horizontal processing machines.
Recently developed Pad Frame Extensions provide an option to augment the
versatility of the PT10HV11 vacuum lifter. Specifically engineered to fit both
new and used vacuum lifters, these extension arms allow the operator to
reconfigure the pad frame layout to accommodate different-sized or irregularly
shaped loads. With the new Pad Frame Extension arms in place, the PT10HV11 is
now configured to support significantly wider or longer loads (depending on
configuration), reports Wood’s Powr-Grip.
