PHOENIX, AZ - GranQuartz officially opened its newest Superstore in Phoenix, AZ, on June 15, 2006, with a Grand Opening celebration for the area's stone community. GranQuartz celebrated the occasion with day-long festivities, including a lunchtime barbecue, tours of the facility and drawings for door prizes, which included two sets of ADI CNC tools, Arizona Diamondback tickets and assorted fabrication tools. The top door prize, a two-night stay for two, including airfare, to the Bellagio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, was awarded to Perry Abbott of Abbott Granite.

The GranQuartz Phoenix Superstore will serve as the shipping point for customers in Arizona, Utah, Nevada and California. With over 20,000 square feet of inventory, the Phoenix location, in conjunction with the 10,000-square-foot branch in Denver, CO, offer best-in-class support to the Western U.S. stone industry. GranQuartz now operates over 125,000 square feet combined in nine facilities nationwide, offering the largest inventory by far in the stone industry.
