A past sales manager and representative in the ceramic tile industry, in his new position, Mitchell will manage, demonstrate and promote all of the existing and new LaticreteR systems. His additional Laticrete responsibilities include motivating new and existing distributors and working with the architectural design community on specifications.

Mitchell is a graduate of Northeast Louisiana University in Monroe, LA, where he obtained his undergraduate degree of science in construction. He currently resides in Olive Branch, MS.
