Pro-Dolly

The Pro-Dolly by Omni Cubed provides easier transport and installation of countertops, and is especially helpful when used in pairs for very tall, extremely heavy or extra large countertops, according to the manufacturer. This square-tube aluminum dolly weighs only 19 pounds, yet has a rated capacity of 750 pounds (1,500 pounds when used in pairs). The low profile dolly (only 5 ¼ inches from the support rail surface to the ground) allows rolling of tall tops through doors. The dolly features four 8-inch, flat-free, closed-cell polyurethane tires, which exhibit excellent shock absorption, Omni Cubed reports. Countertops are secured with an integrated clamp (useful when climbing stairs - the dolly stays attached).

All Omni Cubed products are engineered, manufactured and assembled in the U.S. and are covered by a one-year manufacturer’s limited warranty, according to the company.

Fila MP/90

Fila MP/90 from Fila Floor Care Products is a stain-proofing protection agent for natural stone, polished porcelain stoneware, marble and granite. It penetrates in depth and protects the floor to make subsequent routine and extraordinary cleaning easier, reports the manufacturer.

Fila MP/90 is a base protection for stones with a high-absorbent power, such as Pietra Serena, Trachyte and Tufa stones, and it does not alter the natural color of surfaces, according to Fila. It can also be used effectively to protect vertical walls from graffiti. Furthermore, it carries out stain-proofing action on polished natural stone surfaces such as marble and granite, and it is particularly indicated for kitchen countertops, tabletops and sills as being certified as suitable for use on food contact surfaces.

For polished porcelain stoneware and polished stone, it is sufficient to apply a light coat of MP/90 uniformly using a paintbrush and letting it dry for 24 hours, followed by a pass of a floor polisher or cleaning machine.

Fila MP/90 is ready to use and marketed in 5-liter, 1-liter and 250-millileter cans.
