MoreIZMIR, TURKEY -- Marble 2002, the 8th International Marble, Natural Stone and Technologies Fair held in Izmir, Turkey, will take place March 29 to 31, 2002. In the past, the fair has featured more than 400 exhibitors, 145 of which were foreign, according to Izfas, the show’s organizer. Participating countries have included the U.S., Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, People’s Republic of China, Denmark, France, India, The Netherlands, England, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Egypt, Portugal, Taiwan and Greece.
The fair in March is expected to draw more than 10,600 visitors from countries such as the U.S., Germany, Albania, Australia, Azerbaijan, United Arab Emirates, Bangladesh, Belgium, Bulgaria, People’s Republic of China, Denmark, Morocco, France, South Africa, India, The Netherlands, England, Iran, Spain, Israel, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Japan, Canada, Kazakhstan, TRNC, Korea, Kuwait, Lebanon, Hungary, Malaysia, Malta, Egypt, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Tunisia, Ukraine, Jordan, Venezuela and Greece.
