Over the course of the past decade, the Vitória Stone Fair in Brazil has made a name for itself as a major international event. The country’s vast natural stone resources - centered in the State of Espírito Santo, where the fair takes place - have made it a draw for attendees around the world.
Considered to be the largest stone trade fair in Latin America and one of the most important of the world, the next edition of the Vitória Stone Fair - taking place from February 15 to 18, 2011 in Vitória, Brazil - will serve as a showcase for the Brazilian stone sector and beyond.
With an expanded program that connects the stone industry with sculpture and design, the biennial CarraraMarmotec exhibition took place from May 19 to 22 in the historic stoneworking center of Carrara, Italy.
