Gallery opening

ANAHEIM, CA - Interceramic, Inc. announced the opening of its new Ceramic Tile International (CTI) Tile and Stone Gallery. The facility will serve as the company's import redistribution center as well as the sales hub for Southern California and the western U.S. Its 4,500-square-foot showroom will be used to sell the company's Interceramic wall and floor products as well as a selection of natural stones, hardware and other products.

In addition, the gallery incorporates customer service facilities such as a 3,000-square-foot Contractor Service & Business Center, which provides resources in which customers can do business. This includes amenities such as an order desk, contractor workstations, phones and computer access. Another feature is a 2,000-square-foot high-tech Training & Media Center. The center will be used to host various builder, contractor, designer and/or dealer association meetings, seminars and training, according to Interceramic.

The Anaheim-based gallery is the latest in the company's presence in the southeast region. The CTI concept spread throughout the Sun Belt and in 17 other showroom distribution centers has generated a sales growth of 30% in 2002 over 2001, the company reports. To extend this success, CTI is currently in the process of opening another showroom distribution center in Spring, TX, just north of Houston.
