ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL – The MIA/Stone Worldeducational seminar program has come to the Chicago area. At the start of today’s presentation, more than 40 fabricators filled the room at American Granite, Co.’s showroom in Elk Grove Village, IL. The first presentation is being given by Tony Malisani, former MIA President (2014) and owner of Malisani, Inc. in Great Falls, MT. Audience participation is high, as Malisani interests the crowd with a discussion on having a metrics program in place for your business and how to meet customer expectations. This afternoon will feature a Fabricator Forum, including a panel of local industry professionals.
