ATLANTA, GA -- Coverings 2013, The Ultimate Tile + Stone Experience, attracted an increased number of architects, designers and specifiers this year when the four-day event was held in Atlanta, GA, for the first time, from April 29 to May 2. The audience segment grew by 3%, drawn by the opportunity to see the latest innovations by more than 950 exhibitors from over 35 countries, and attend more than 70 free education sessions, many of which offered CEUs.
Overall, Coverings 2013 drew over 22,000 attendees, on par with last year's show. There was something for everyone from Distributor VIP programs, Contractor Days, on-site Advanced Certifications for Tile Installers (ACT) and the new Stone Zone for fabricators. All the buzz was shared at Coverings Central, the show's social media hub.
