Cooperativa Ceramica d'Imola took Overall Best in Show, while Verve, Togama and Mirage also took home Best Booth awards.
ATLANTA, GA -- Displays juxtaposing tile and stone with unexpected materials such as laurel leaves and corrugated boxes, and the punch of vivid oranges and greens, distinguished the four Coverings 2013 Best Booth award winners. Judges handed out the awards on the third day of the four-day show, which was held in Atlanta for the first time this year. Cooperativa Ceramica d'Imola took Overall Best in Show, while Verve, Togama and Mirage also took home Best Booth awards.
Through exterior walls of white pottery and laurel leaves, Cooperativa Ceramica d'Imola told the story of a rich history from its origin as a pottery cooperative in 1874 to earning its Green Squared® Certification this March. The inviting booth entrance felt like walking along a garden path of tile and gravel into an outdoor room with tiled benches and seats of laurel leaves further inside.
