The redesigned site features improved navigation for end users, with pull-down menus for easy access to product and technical information. Custom has developed sections dedicated to each of its user segments, including contractors, distributors, architects and designers, and DIYers, where users will find specific content relevant to their needs.
"We've created experiences and content that are tailored for each of our customer segments," said Anthony Corwin, Senior Channel Marketing Manager of Construction at Custom Building Products.
"Users will find product and installation information for contractors and distributors, technical bulletins and system warranty information for architects and designers, and 'how-to' guides for DIYers who are tackling a tiling project."
Interactive features include a comprehensive material calculator, a grout color wheel that highlights Custom's expansive grout offerings and a project shopping list for homeowners that takes the guesswork out of do-it-yourself tile installation projects. "Custom's goal with this new site is to give our customers specific information that is useful to them, whether they are contractors, distributors, architects, designers or DIYers," said Corwin. "We want to make it even easier to do business with us, and be recognized as the preferred provider for tile and stone installation products and support."
