GCT Industrial Grade 100% Silicone Sealant
Granite City Tool has introduced GCT Industrial Grade 100% Silicone Sealant for commercial, industrial and residential use. This multi-purpose silicone sealant is designed for a wide variety of industrial sealing and adhesive applications. It cures at room temperature by reaction with moisture in the air to produce a durable, flexible silicone rubber. Providing tight weatherproof seals around backsplashes, windows, gutters, siding vents, faucets, sinks, baths, showers and tile, the product also has long-life reliability. The cured sealant stays rubbery from -60 degrees F to 400 degrees F without tearing, cracking, drying out or becoming brittle, reports Granite City Tool. It has a broad serviceable temperature range and excellent weather ability - virtually unaffected by sunlight, rain, snow, ozone and temperature extremes, according to the manufacturer. Additionally, this product is water resistant and meets FDA regulations Number 21 CFR 177.2600; Fed Specs TT-S-001543A and TT-S-00230C, Type 2 and ASTM C920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 25.
