As part of Miracle Sealants’ “Ride of a Lifetime Sweepstakes,” 10 lucky winners so far have been given the opportunity to experience the speed of a racecar. Miracle Sealants, along with its marketing alliance with Wayne Taylor Racing, which runs the No. 10 SunTrust Racing Pontiac in the Grand Am Rolex Sports Car Series, was able to make this happen.

The 10 contestant winners were treated to two flying laps chauffeured by Daytona 24 Hour Winner and Champion driver, Wayne Taylor, at the world-famous Watkins Glen International Racetrack and Daytona International Speedway in a championship-winning SunTrust Racing Pontiac Daytona Prototype.
For an hour and a half at each venue, Miracle Sealants had the track to itself. Each of the “co-pilots” donned a Miracle Sealants emblazoned driver’s suit and helmet to take their place alongside Taylor in the cockpit of the Daytona Prototype. Reaching speeds in excess of 170 mph, each guest experienced the speed and power that professional racecar drivers endure every race, according to Miracle Sealants.
All of the guests and winners were then treated to a VIP race weekend that included a behind the scenes tour of the race team set up and a tour of the transporters and engineering rooms where team debriefing sessions are conducted. Drivers Max Angelelli and Michael Valiante showed off the racecar while chatting with all of the guests and answering their questions. Then on race day, it was exclusive pit side access to watch the action up close as well as access to VIP hospitality.

“First of all, a big thanks to Wayne Taylor and his entire organization for providing a first class experience to all of our guests,” said Al and Joe Salvo, owners of Miracle Sealants. “It’s a privilege for Miracle Sealants to be affiliated with this wonderful team. A big thanks also to all of our guests for coming out and supporting our company. We can’t do it without each and every one of them, and events like this are a small way for us to share our success with the people who help to make it happen. We’re looking forward to our next ‘Ride of a Lifetime’ weekend.”
