Demountable Concepts is offering its stone carriers to a wider client base, due to increased production capacity acquired after moving into a new larger facility and purchasing new state-of-the-art production equipment.

The company specializes in producing glass and stone carriers for vans, pick-ups and small trucks, and it has the capability to create custom configurations for any vehicle type or need. Each rack is designed using the company’s in-house AutoCAD system, and all racks are fabricated at the company’s facility in Glassboro, NJ.

Features of the racks include removable access panels to service rear wheels and convenient built-in pole-holders.

A 16-gauge stainless steel tube frame and 2-inch-wide padded support slats form a durable and rigid carrying surface. Meanwhile, easy-to-adjust, patented System-2 cleats on 1.5-inch, 16-gauge square tube poles hold the stone securely in place. Available options include a “goal post” roof rack that extends to the front bumper, a catwalk mounted on the roof rack and extra-tall poles for larger stone panels.
