Vitoria Stone Fair and Stone Expo Sign Mutual Endorsement Agreement . . .

StonExpo, the leading U.S. stone industry event, has announced another mutual endorsement agreement between the Vitoria Stone Fair and StonExpo. This marks the third year for this partnership.

“We are thrilled to have this endorsement agreement with Vitoria Stone Fair for 2008-2009,” said Dana Teague, StonExpo Show Director. “Vitoria Stone Fair - the leading stone show in South America - and StonExpo - the leading stone show in the U.S. -together represent a powerful collaboration of resources. We are excited about the strength of our individual brands and how we can effectively leverage that in each other’s events this year.”

Vitoria Stone Fair, an annual stone show held each February in Brazil, is organized by Milanez & Milaneze, which created this endorsement agreement with Hanley Wood Exhibitions in 2006 to increase Brazil’s participation and exposure at StonExpo. Since its inception, Vitoria Stone Fair has played a significant role in the development and participation of Brazilian exhibitors at StonExpo. The agreement was renewed for the upcoming 2008 show. StonExpo 2008 will feature a Brazilian Pavilion on the show floor, showcasing important exhibitors and products from various stone production areas.

“As the leading stone show in the U.S., StonExpo is the ideal partner for Vitoria Stone Fair. Our agreement provides South American and especially Brazilian companies unparalleled opportunities in the U.S. market at StonExpo, which exemplifies our mutual commitment to the stone industry,” said Cecilia Milanez, President of the Vitoria Stone Fair.

StonExpo’s Official Sponsors are the Marble Institute of America (MIA) and Natural Stone Council. StonExpo 2008 will be held from October 15 to 18 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV. For more information on StonExpo, call 866-550-6808 or visit www.StonExpo.com.
