John Baranoski


John Baranoski has been named Facility Manager for O&G Industries, Masonry Division.

Baranoski is responsible for leading, developing and implementing strategies to secure additional business through operational efficiencies and business strategies for the fabrication and distribution center serving customers throughout New England. He will be the direct liaison between O&G’s sales representatives and customers for stone fabrication requirements, developing plans, managing take-offs, quoting, scheduling, production and problem solving. In addition, Baranoski will manage the business unit, budget and lead more than 20 staff members including office staff, CNC specialists and production crew.

“John’s ability to grow the business through top management practices and large scale project organization is key to continued growth of this state-of-the-art business unit,” stated Craig Alvarez, Assistant Vice-President of Sales and Marketing. “His nine years of experience in the masonry industry, product expertise, project scheduling, contract negotiations, bidding and estimation experience fits with our long-term sales strategy of hiring only the best in the industry. Baranoski’s previous experience includes Joe Capasso Mason Enterprises, Inc. for five years and Ronnie Demeo Construction and REX Precast Systems for over four years. He holds a certificate in Construction Management through Central Connecticut State University and an Associate of Science in Architectural Engineering from Capital Community Technical College. Baranoski, his wife Michelle and their daughter Mackenzie live in Waterbury.
