511 H2O+ Sealer


In an effort to meet the increasing demand for a water-base impregnating sealer, Miracle Sealants Co. has introduced 511 H2O+ Sealer.

511 H2O+ is free from harmful PFOS and PFOA that are found in many water-based impregnators/sealers on the market today. The EPA considers these by-products harmful and has gone so far as to impose fines for its presence.

511 H2O+ raises the bar for all water-based sealers, and it is economical and environmentally sound, the company reports. Completely odor free, the product is also very easy to use and will cover up to 4,000 square feet per gallon. 511 H2O+ can be used on all natural stone, including, but not limited to: marble, granite, limestone, travertine, slate, sandstone, cantera, shell stone, Bluestone, lapis, tiger eye, malachite, etc. It can also be used on a range of tile products, including, but not limited to: quarry tile, porcelain tile, ceramic tile, glazed ceramic tile, glass tile and clay tile. Moreover, its uses extend to brick, concrete, masonry and all types of cement/concrete building surfaces, as well as all types of grout, including both cement and epoxy.

Miracle Sealants also announced the introduction of 511 Spray-On Grout Sealer, meeting customer demand for a product that could be applied while standing. 511 Spray-On Grout Sealer offers a convenient “clean hands” approach to sealing grout utilizing a focused spray to deliver impregnator/sealer to the grout. 511 Spray-On Grout Sealer has been tested by Scientific Certification Systems and has passed the stringent California Air Resources Board (CARB) Section 01350 test requirements, making it eligible for Indoor Advantage Gold Certification.

511 Spray-On Grout Sealer contains no CFCs to deplete the ozone layer, is completely VOC compliant, and the canister can be recycled over and over again.

The product is tamper proof, hermetically sealed and always free of bacterial contamination. The easy-to-use 511 Spray-On Grout Sealer resists water penetration, oil penetration and stain penetration, and it is effective, economical and environmentally sound.
