Since it began exporting slabs in January of 2005, Dacaza Granitos has seen its production increase to a rate of up to 25 containers per month.

In addition to processing products from its own quarries, Dacaza Granitos purchases blocks from a range of other quarriers.
When Dacaza Granitos was formed in Serra, Espírito Santo, Brazil, its primary role was to supply cut-to-size architectural products for Mata da Praia/Dacaza, which has been a builder of high-rise complexes in the Vitória region of Brazil for 15 years. Now, only four years after its foundation, Dacaza Granitos produces finished slabs and tiles for export around the world.

Blocks are processed into raw slabs on one of two gangsaws from Gaspari Menotti of Italy.

The first exports from Dacaza Granitos were shipped in January of 2005, and the company sends materials to destinations around the world, including the U.S., Canada, Europe and the Middle East.

Surface polishing of the slabs is completed on an automated polisher from Bombieri and Venturi, also of Italy.
In addition to a factory in Serra, Dacaza Granitos operates quarries in different states of Brazil, including sites for Bordeaux Classic and Golden Dream. It also has a quarry for a material called White Bariloche. And in addition to processing products from its own quarries, Dacaza Granitos purchases blocks from a range of other quarriers. Materials include exotics and shades of yellow, blue, brown, green and white. Since being established as a large-scale processor, the company has developed solid partnerships for block purchasing.

Additionally, slabs are treated with resin products from Tenax, and the resin cures in ovens from Rosh Industrial.
